Submission Guidelines
Full papers of 6 to 8 pages in the IEEE template, double-blind reviewed by at least two experts.
The conference uses a standard formatting template IEEE, can be downloaded here:

Submission Terms
When submitting a paper, authors must agree to the following terms:
- Submissions must be original and not previously published or submitted elsewhere.
- Use the exact template provided by the conference; do not modify the formatting, header/footer, page numbers, etc.
- Language: Vietnamese or English.
- Full paper (6 to 8 pages), these are complete studies with models, experiments and discussion.
- Submit on time according to the announcements from the Organizing Committee.
- All papers will be double-blind reviewed by at least two experts and published in the official FJCAI 2027 Proceedings (with ISBN) by the Science and Technics Publishing House (expected).
- Selected outstanding papers will be recommended for publication in the Journal of Computer Science and Cybernetics, the VNU Journal of Science: Computer Science and Communication Engineering, and a "Special Issue" of the Vietnam Journal of Computer Science.
- Papers may be published electronically on the conference website.
- Published papers must be presented at the conference. Otherwise, the paper will be publicly withdrawn.
- If a violation of academic integrity is discovered after publication, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to issue a public notice and the paper will lose its academic standing.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to take action on submissions if authors do not comply with the above terms.

Notes on Submission
- Note 1: All important information will be sent via Microsoft CMT email. The corresponding author's email must be entered accurately.
- Note 2: It is recommended to mark all authors as "Corresponding author" so that everyone receives notifications.
